The clothing drive for Cradles to Crayons will continue until Friday, April 4th . There is a donation box in the main lobby at Blake for anyone who would like to donate. We are taking ALL SIZES of new or gently used clothing for teens AND children AND babies clothing.

Our upcoming play, I Hate Shakespeare!, will be performing this week on Friday at 3pm and 7pm and Saturday at 7pm. Tickets are available for purchase via the QR code on posters outside the auditorium and at the door. Tickets are $10 for students and seniors and $12 for adults. Don’t miss out on this hilarious performance. See you at the show!
Track begins TODAY March 25! We will meet out front of the school by the baseball field bleachers by 2:15.
There will be no Paper Quilling this Thursday due to conferences and the half day. We will meet for our last session next Thursday April 3rd in Mrs. Heim's room 508.
March 20: The Art Dept. will be hosting an OPEN STUDIO after school today. Come to the makerspace after school today for Yarn Over Studio. MAC will meet today until 2:30. Unified Basketball will have practice today from 2:15-3:00 in the Blake gym.
Tomorrow March 21 is World Down Syndrome Day! Student Council invites staff and students to wear bright, mismatched socks tomorrow - this is a fun way to show support and spread awareness!
The first day of track practice will be Tuesday March 25th! You must be registered online to participate.
There is a Unified Basketball game here at Blake today 3/18 starting at 3:15. All are welcome to come cheer on the team!
Middle School Baseball will have an introductory meeting on Wednesday 3/19 right after school in the gym. The meeting will be brief but you will miss your bus.
There will be a Student Council Officer and E-Board Meeting after school Wed 3/19 in Mrs. Shaw's room. The next all-council meeting will be Wed March 26th.
Blake Jazz Choir is rehearsing AFTER School today 3/17! There will be no Chamber Strings today. Jazz LAB is cancelled today.

TODAY March 5th: Any current 8th grader interested in playing high school football next fall is invited to attend an informational meeting at 2:15pm in room 408, Mrs, Bycoff's room . Info will be shared about off-season conditioning. Students will get a chance to meet the football captains, coaches and ask any questions about the fall season.
