Information for upcoming 7th grade Vision and Hearing Screening:
7th Grade Vision and Hearing Screening will be conducted by the school nurses the week of December 1st during PE classes. If you prefer to opt your 7th grader out of either or both of these screenings, please click here.
Please do not complete the opt out form more than once unless you have more than one child in 7th grade that you would prefer to opt out. You will receive an email confirmation after completing the form.
