Volleyball is now closed for registration, but students may still sign up for football, field hockey, and cross country if they are interested. Information for sign-ups can be found below.

Registration for Blake Middle School fall athletics can be located on FamilyID.com. There is a direct link off the Athletics page (under Activities) on Blake Middle School site. To complete registration, payments will need to be made via a check for $225 (Made out to “Town of Medfield”) or you can pay online (UniPay Gold). If this cost presents a financial hardship, please reach out to Eric Scott (escott@email.medfield.net).
