FROM THE STUDENT COUNCIL

Congratulations to our Student Council! On Saturday, March 12th, 10 members of the MHS Student Council attended the MASC (Massachusetts Association of Student Councils) Spring Conference. After participating in numerous leadership workshops, our students were able to share the most impactful part of their experience and bring back new ideas to the rest of our council. Our council won the “Top Ten” award recognizing our “Teacher on the Bleacher” event held the week before winter break. Ms. Safer, our incredible MHS Student Council advisor won “Advisor of the Year” and we could not be more proud. Lastly, 3 members of our student council, Elizabeth Panciocco, Molly Donovan, and Hannah Boyd won the “Commonwealth Award” that recognizes their dedication and hard work to our council. These three students go above and beyond at meetings, events, and fundraisers by dedicating their time and participating without hesitation.

If you are interested in some more of the accomplishments from our Council this year, check out our MASC Scrapbook Submission! : MASC Scrapbook 2021-2022
