FROM THE ANGP
Support the Class of 2025 – All Night Grad Party Volunteers Needed
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we prepare to celebrate the graduating Class of 2025, we're reaching out for support to help make this year's All Night Grad Party (ANGP) a safe, memorable, and joy-filled event for our seniors.
Now more than ever, giving our seniors a night of celebration, connection, and fun in a secure environment feels both meaningful and necessary.
How You Can Help:
We rely on underclassmen parents/guardians to "pay it forward" by volunteering during the event, as senior parents do not volunteer the night of. Your time helps create a night to remember—and more importantly, one that keeps our graduates safe.
Volunteer roles include:
Supporting at food and drink stations
Serving as croupiers at blackjack tables
Keeping an eye on students and offering general event support
The party runs from 8:45 p.m. on Saturday, May 31st through 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 1st.
Sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0D48A9AE2CA57-56801204-angp#/
Additional Opportunities to Help ( Senior Parents can sign up to help with these!):
Set-Up: Friday, May 30th from 2:15 p.m.
Clean-Up: Sunday, June 1st from 5:00 a.m.
Whether you can give an hour or a few, every bit helps bring this tradition to life and shows our graduates that their community is behind them as they take this next step.
With gratitude,
The All Night Grad Party Committee

SUMMER VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
Are you interested in helping escort Thomas Upham House wheelchair residents so they can enjoy the MEMO Concerts on Thursday evenings this summer?
The Thomas Upham House is looking for volunteers to do just that!
If you are interested and able to help escort some of their residents in wheelchairs to and from the outdoor MEMO concerts at the Gazebo next to the Medfield Public Library, please reach out to llanger@rehabma.net or call 508-359-6050. Depart the Thomas Upham House around 5:30pm and return just after 7:00.
This is a family friendly service opportunity, great for teens and adults. Nice conversation with some Medfield seniors to and from a wonderful outdoor concert.
YOUNG ADULT DOCUMENT SIGNING DAY
At the fall Open House, Attorney Deb Hedges shared important legal documents that students should sign after they turn 18. The documents are Power of Attorney, HIPAA, Health Care Proxy, and FERPA. The forms allow parents or guardians to continue to help make financial, legal, and health choices for their adult children after coming of age in Massachusetts. These forms should be signed before a Notary Public or witnessed by independent persons, or both.
On the Document Signing Day, Deb will provide the blank forms and help 18-year-olds understand how to fill them out and provide complimentary notary services.
Signing Day Details:
Thursday, May 22
11am – 6pm: drop-in anytime
Free of charge - our team will notarize/witness
Location:
Borchers Trust Law’s Learning Center
Olde Medfield Square
