YOUNG ADULT DOCUMENT SIGNING DAY

At the fall Open House, Attorney Deb Hedges shared important legal documents that students should sign after they turn 18. The documents are Power of Attorney, HIPAA, Health Care Proxy, and FERPA. The forms allow parents or guardians to continue to help make financial, legal, and health choices for their adult children after coming of age in Massachusetts. These forms should be signed before a Notary Public or witnessed by independent persons, or both.

On the Document Signing Day, Deb will provide the blank forms and help 18-year-olds understand how to fill them out and provide complimentary notary services.

Signing Day Details:
Thursday, May 22
11am – 6pm: drop-in anytime
Free of charge - our team will notarize/witness

Location:
Borchers Trust Law’s Learning Center
Olde Medfield Square
266 Main Street, Building 3, Suite 29, Medfield

Attorney Hedges will not provide legal advice during the Signing Day.

FROM THE MUSIC DEPARTMENT

The POPS Concert has been moved to Wednesday, May 21st at 7:00 P.M. The Music Banquet will be altered and is now planned to immediately follow the POPS concert in the form of a dessert reception. The MMA is graciously covering all reception costs. For those families that have already purchased banquet tickets, you will be refunded.  We appreciate everyone's flexibility and understanding with the change of date and venue.

If you have not yet ordered a yearbook, now is the time! There is a limited number of yearbooks still available for purchase. However, please act fast, as they are being sold online via Jostens on a first come, first served basis. We do expect to sell out. Jostens will accept a debit card, a credit card, PayPal, and Venmo online, or call 877-767-5217 to let them know our school name and they will take your order over the phone. If you aren't sure whether you ordered online already or not, it is very quick and easy to check. Just click this link: https://www.jostens.com/customer-service/yearbook-order-tracking.
