We are experiencing issues with the email component of our student information system. Multiple emails are being sent to the same email address, as well as incorrect emails are being sent to current and former parents. This is the result of an internal issue within Aspen, not our system getting "hacked". Aspen support has confirmed that the issue is on their side and other districts are experiencing the same problem. Aspen has their tier 3 development engineers working on the configuration fault and hopes to have a solution very soon. Our apologies for adding more emails to your inbox.
