Girls Varsity Basketball Send-off

Parents and community members are planning a surprise send-off for our Girls Varsity Basketball Team as they travel to the MIAA Division 2 State Championship game this Sunday, March 17th at the Tsongas Center in Lowell. The organizers are asking the community to meet at Medfield High School at 1:00 PM  (rain or shine) to show your support to our girls and send them off in style! The game will begin at 4:00 PM in Lowell and tickets can be purchased here. Let's show our girls we are supporting them as they leave for the big game!

 

Superintendent Parent/Guardian Advisory Meeting-Tuesday, March 19th at 9:30

The next Superintendent Parent/Guardian Advisory is scheduled for March 19th at 9:30 AM in the Blake Middle School Library. Topics will include the new I.E.P process, the FY25 Budget, the School Start Time Committee, and the Dale St. Project. All current MPS parents/guardians are welcome to attend.

 

School Start Time Committee Link

The School Start Committee continues to meet and we have begun posting meeting information on our website. Please click here to view the information. There are two important points to remember with the School Start Time Committee:

  • Any changes made to the start times will not take effect until the 2025-26 school year.

  • The District has no intention to just "flip" the elementary and secondary start times. If changes are made, we will have a thoughtful approach.
