Dear Medfield Families,
On behalf of the Medfield School Committee, I am pleased to release the final version of the 2023-2028 Medfield Public Schools Strategic Plan. This plan is the culmination of many hours of input, collaboration, and analysis by the Medfield community and our Strategic Plan Steering Committee. A special thank you to everyone who participated in the focus groups and surveys that helped shape this important plan. This document will serve as our roadmap for the next five years as we continue our commitment to academic excellence and student well-being. The process also updated our mission statement and established districtwide core values and a vision statement. In addition, we will be launching a visual dashboard that will allow everyone in our community to track progress on each initiative. More information on the dashboard will be released soon.
