Dear Medfield Families,

As valued members of our school community, we are reaching out to you today to seek your input and feedback on an important initiative – our draft strategic plan.

The Strategic Plan Steering Committee has worked diligently for the past few months to develop a strategic plan that includes our revised district mission statement, core values, priority focus areas, and strategies and objectives for the next 5 years. This plan will serve as a guiding document to shape our future and ensure that we provide the best possible educational experience for our students.

Please review the draft strategic plan and share your comments or suggestions about this document. You will have two ways to communicate your thoughts about this plan. First, we invite you to submit any questions you may have specifically related to the plan and its content. We will then compile a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document to address any questions parents/guardians may have regarding the plan. Please click here to submit any questions by Friday, July 14th. We will then compile the most commonly asked questions and plan to share the document with the community on Wednesday, July 19th.

Secondly, if you have general comments regarding the draft plan, please click here by Friday, July 21st. Your feedback is important to us and all recommendations will be reviewed and considered prior to the Medfield School Committee meeting on July 24th. We genuinely appreciate your time and commitment to our school community. If you have any further questions or require additional information, please reach out to us.

Sincerely,

Michelle Kirkby, Medfield School Committee and Strategic Plan Steering Committee
