The Medfield Public Schools Administration offices are located on the Third Floor of Medfield Town Hall, 459 Main Street. Parking is available on Janes Avenue, behind the Town Hall building.

From Route 128 (95) - Take Route 109 west through Westwood into Medfield. After the second stop light in Medfield, turn right onto Janes Avenue.

From Route 495 - Take exit 19 onto Route 109. Go east through Medway, Millis and then enter Medfield. After the second light, turn left onto Janes Avenue.

From Route 9 - Take Route 27 south through Natick, Sherborn and enter Medfield. At the intersection of Route 27 and Route 109, near CVS, turn left onto Route 109. After the next light, turn left onto Janes Avenue.

From Route 1 - Take Route 27 north through Walpole and enter Medfield. At the intersection of Route 109 and Route 27 turn right onto Route 109. Take the next left onto Janes Avenue.
