Dear Medfield Families,
We have been informed that a student at Wheelock and a student at the Dale St. School have tested positive for COVID-19. Neither students were in school during the infectious period, which the MA Department of Public Health has defined as 48 hours prior to the beginning of symptoms, or if asymptomatic, 48 hours prior to the test collection. There are no in-school close contacts. Our latest pooled testing results from Monday (3/1) were all negative for both students and staff. Going forward, we will post pooled testing results on our COVID-19 Dashboard every Friday by 12:00 PM.
As a reminder, please use the link below to participate in our Full In-Person Model survey. Although this survey is NOT binding, the information gathered is very important to our planning for a Full In-Person return for Grades 2-12. Please pay close attention to the form description that explains changes to physical distancing and transportation. This survey will close tomorrow, Thursday, March 4th at 5:00 P.M.
