Dear Parents,
Please use the link below to participate in our Full In-Person Model survey. Although this survey is NOT binding, the information gathered is very important to our planning for a Full In-Person return for Grades 2-12. Please pay close attention to the form description that explains changes to physical distancing and transportation. This survey will close next Thursday, March 4th at 5:00 P.M. A separate transportation survey will be sent to Memorial School parents on Monday.
