SENIOR FASHION SHOW NEWS

Saturday, April 2nd  @ 7 p.m. in the Medfield High School Auditorium

The Senior Fashion Show, in its 27th year, is the "unofficial" start of MHS's graduation festivities and the largest fundraiser for the annual All Night Graduation Party. Families, students, and community members are encouraged to attend the event to admire the seniors’ personal fashion choices and learn a few fun facts provided by each of the seniors about themselves. Popular music from the last 18 years along with a few surprises adds to this memorable night - you don’t want to miss it!

Tickets ($20 each + $2 service fee) will remain on sale until March 30th at 11 p.m., but we encourage you to buy now for the best seat selection. If the event is not sold out, tickets (cash only) will be available at the door on April 2nd. To purchase your tickets, please scroll down to the “Purchase Fashion Show Tickets Here” button on the ANGP website:

FROM SEPAC

TONIGHT! Temple Grandin is coming to Medfield on Monday 3/21 at 7pm!

Join #medfieldps & SEPAC to kick off Neurodiversity Week with a virtual talk with this prominent author and advocate for autism and neurodiversity!

Who is Temple Grandin? She is an author, movie star, pioneer of animal sciences, speaker on both autism and animal behavior. Time magazine named her a “hero” and one of the most influential people in the world!

Why should you attend? Everybody either works with, is neighbors with, is friends with or loves someone who is neurodiverse. Simply put Temple will help us better understand each other and inspire us.

FROM THE MEDFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY

Medfield Coding Club is a program to help teach students the basics of computer science. We will learn how to make games, websites, and animations utilizing Processing.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, all in a fun and engaging atmosphere.

We meet twice a week at the Medfield Public Library, with Tuesdays focusing on Processing.js and Thursdays focusing on HTML, CSS, and regular JavaScript. Hopefully you'll have some fun and start to think like a computer scientist! Classes are limited to 8 people. Concepts learned build on each other, so students should plan to attend all classes.
