Dear Parents,
I really appreciate the patience so many of you have shown over the past few weeks. There are many moving parts that must be considered as we further develop the various cohorts for September.
As you know, the Medfield Public Schools has adopted a "hybrid model" to begin school on September 16, 2020. Our last survey indicated that over 88% of parents want their children in a full in-person or hybrid model. However, we recognize that for a variety of reasons some parents will elect to opt-out of the hybrid for a fully remote program or Cohort D.
If you plan to opt-out of our hybrid model in favor of Cohort D, please complete a form for each child here. The updated description of Cohort D can be found in Appendix C of the Medfield Reopening Plan. Please disregard this form if you plan on sending your child/children back to school in our hybrid model.
Also, if you missed the news story on our cleaning plans for September, it can be found here. We are using the same cleaning products/system used in major hospitals.
